I wish to stock your product in my store, where do I find out more information?
You can call us direct on (+48) 501 639 417 to speak to our UK market
manager, or you can speak to one of our agents, all of whom have the
information that you will need to become a stockist.
We pride ourselves on the relationship that we set up with stockists,
and negotiations are dealt with on a personal basis to get it right for
you. Order values, delivery times and payment options can all be
handled easily by any of our staff, all of whom are part of the
customer care team.
Where do the products come from?
They originate in Northern Poland where our factory is situated

The highest, every product that we make is of superior quality and has a 10 year guarantee.
To which countries do you deliver?
We can and do deliver everywhere anywhere in the world.
What is the standard delivery time?
You can expect delivery within three weeks.
How is the wood preserved?
We use Korasit, this is a highly effective form of impregnation. It renders the wood resistant to wood destroying fungus and insects.
What are the colours of your products?
As a rule we keep to the natural colour of the wood. In some cases the preservation impregnation brings out a pale green hue on wood. We don’t paint any of our products, we leave that to you.
Do you sell under any other name?
No, if it doesn’t have the Jagram label then it’s not Jagram.
